Approve the design, specifications, price, and lead time.
④ 💳 Pay the Deposit
Most custom orders start with a 50% deposit.
⑤ 🛠 Production Starts
We begin custom production based on your approved order details.
⑥ 📦 Final Check & Shipping
Final photos or videos will be shared before shipment, then the balance is paid and the order is shipped.Payment Methods - What payment methods do you accept?

Your custom images and designs will not be used publicly without permission.Refund Policy - Can I cancel or request a refund?
⚠ Custom orders are made to your requirements, so they cannot normally be cancelled once production has started.

① Custom products are not eligible for full return or full refund in normal cases.
② If there is a problem, please contact us with clear photos or videos.
③ After review, we may offer a 20%–35% partial refund.
④ In approved cases, a product destruction video may be required.❗ Please get our written approval before destroying the product.
